Courses are arranged by divisions as indicated by the following prefixes


Therefore, course identification is established by an assignment of a division three letter prefix e.g. (BBL) followed by a three digit course number indicating specific details of the course. The first digit of the number following the letter designates the class year in which the course is offered. The second digit designates the term and the third number designates the number of the subject within a division.
